Ok, i dont know if this has been tried/discussed b4 or what. Screwing around on my phone i have managed to keep a #777 connection through my USB cable active, as opposed to it dropping half a second after dialing into my phone.

All i did was go to the DATA (##3282#) menu, Restore(InputMSL)(Yes), Advanced, Edit(InputMSL), SlotMode(Off)

I then 'Create a new connection' in Network settings on XP. I use my USB Modem Connection (Which is com31 for me), Phone number #777, Security is 'typical' with allow unsecure password selected, and i use a PPP connection.

After that i click connect and it connects!:tu:

Here is where im stuck now...

I copied the proxy ip and port that the phone has in its configuration (68.28.31.1 and 80) and put it into firefox as a proxy. While connected, i tried http://google.com in firefox, when a User/Pass dialog popped up. I tried all the user and password combonations i could think of related to sprint, then i tried some that were not related. I can access a username from the DATA menu on my phone, but i cannot view the password.......

I have a feeling once i figure out what this password is we can access the cache manager which in turn would let us out into the internet!

:ohcrap:I hope i have posted something just now, that ppl have not done b4, and I hope this will help all of the Fusic users to get passed NAI i beleive it is called.

Disclaimer: I am a n00b when it comes to this kinda thing, and stumbled upon this out of chance.:)

you need the vision password im guessing? ##data# > user name > edit > MN-AAA Secret would be the vision password.

maybe this helps?

I do not see MN-AAA on this menu

There is however

(2) Password (Cant view)
(3) HA Password (Cant view)
(4) SPI HA (Which is 1234)
(5) SPI AAA (Which is 1234)

Ill try 'secret' and '1234' really quick anyways.

You can view those fields if you choose Edit instead of View.. (which requires the MSL)
