OK, I griped to ecare about the 4 month old Q i got from ret for $100 and got a "free" mogul, its great and we love it (wifes phone, i have visitation privileges) anyway the rep said I was getting a "swap" but I never got a return pack, no charges regarding the Q ever showed up, and ive paid my recent bill and have a "$0" bal., its been long enough that im getting the impression their not gonna ask for the Q, so im thinking at some point maybe I would sell it or swap it on my line in place of my m610, I don't use or need vision on my m610 but on the Q it would only be useful w/vision, my line w/the mogul has $10 PV(retention) would they be likely to charge me $10 for my second vision? or more? what is the regular rate? also how would i creatively find out if my ESN is "clear" to sell or trade the phone? if I call and ask would they be likely to realize they wanted it back? thanks for any advice!! :tu:

so why did they send a mogul? if they didn*t ask its yours.

You have got to watch sprint, I think there was another guy just asking this question a few days ago. Everyone pretty much told him send it back. It might not show up on this bill but what happens when your next bill is 300+ or they shut your phone off for going over your spending limit. I guess you could always say, "I'm still waiting on my return kit"
