When you're on the phone with Sprint CS and you have a new phone to activate they walk you through a few keys to get into the area where you input your phone number and MSID.
It's something like ##327xxx#.....
Does someone know that number?

Sounds like you're looking for your MSL. Call Sprint, they'll have it. It's different for everyone, so mine won't work on your phone.

Not sure what it's called and I shoud have it memorized by now considering how many times they have had me punch it into the phone in the last week.

Yeppers, sure sounds like you need the MSL. Just call them and get it one more time. And don't forget to write it down!
