ecare addresses do not work

I tried emailing ecare today and this is what I got

I have never seen that happen before. I was contacted by those email addresses last week. I would either try to resend the message or contact through the other route. You can log into your account online and then click on contact us and contact through email and that will send the message to eCare for you.

I just e-mailed them last night and got a response this morning so something must have happened in your case. Maybe try again because they were working this morning.

I tried the emails again and it went through the 2nd time around. I guess there was probably a glitch a system or . Thanks for the replies. :headbang2
