I was able to pick up my Mogul for $100 because I complained about my problems with the Q. Before I did this I went to the Sprint store. They determined I could get a new Q because of the problems (freezes, etc.). The store was supposed to call me when the new Q arrived but I ordered the Mogul before this happened. I never got a call or return kit. So now I have a Q sitting on my desk that has a couple minor issues but I'm not sure if the ESN is clean to possibly sell or I should try to move the Q to a different line on my account?
