I had some changes made to my account by retention services. How long will it take for these changes to show up on Sprintpcs.com? I'm not seeing the updates.

Well usually it happens right away but if they told you it would be at the end of the billing cycle then you wont see them until the next billing cycle.

ok, I guess they didn't tell me. The rep just said she was going to make the changes to my plan or account. But there is nothing there so far. Would it be at the end when i receive a bill.

Best to call and ask if they actually changed your plan. Sometimes things just fall through the cracks.

Or sometimes a rep will tell you that they will give you something just to get you off the phone. Then they don't actually change your account or give you the credit or whatever it is that they said they would do.

...and when the changes do show up on SprintPCS dot com is it a sure thing that the changes are complete. I just added Vision and am perhaps too cautious but although changes showed up I don't want a big bill for data usage. Thanks
