I currently have a 6700 and I am in the middle of a sero plan. My wife needs a phone, so I am thinking of signing up for another sero plan. Here is how it would go:

1) Sign up for a new Sero plan, $30 a month, with the mogul, $288.
2) Sell my 6700 on ebay, with all of the accessories I should be able to get close to $300.
3) purchase a phone for my wife, probably the Samsung a900 or razr (around $100).
4) put the a900 on our current sero plan

This is all possible right? This basically means I pay $100 and $30 a month to get rid of my current phone and get two lines with an a900 and a mogul...right?

Is there a cheaper way to get the mogul and a new line, or even just the mogul? Thanks.

How do you plan on handling the numbers?

You can always send in rebates (http://www.sprintusers.com/forum/showthread.php?t=137411) on the Mogul, making it much cheaper. (see post 1 and 14), as cheap as 38.00, but you would have to keep the mogul on the new line until you got back the rebates.

I plan on just keeping the new number, so porting the number is not a problem. Second, on sero you can still send in the rebates?? So I can send in that many rebates on the new sero plan? Also, could i just call up sprint retentions and try to get a cheap mogul?

What current rebates are out there for the mogul? I cannot find any except the Kellogg one...

I would be interested as well - I picked one up for full price (reimbursed by work) but would love a rebate :D

There is a Sprint MIR for $100 for a new activation or the addition of a new line...

Plus the Kellogg's rebate for $75

Plus if you are ordering your Mogul online for a new SERO plan you can put in the rebate code 50YDC for a $50 invoice credit.
