I've been watching Sprint TV on my Samsung M500 for a week now and it's pretty cool, but I was wondering if anybody knows if Sprint is going to add any cool new channels to their lineup. Also, is it worth opting into the Premium stuff?

Wirelessly posted (Mozilla/4.0 (MobilePhone SCP-M1/US/1.0) NetFront/3.3 MMP/2.0)
Speaking of Sprint TV, since we can't get rid of the app can they improve it. you know add screen size options, BT compatible and better sound. there were options without that app

I subscribe to the Sprint TV Premier Pack, just so I can have Nickelodeon for my kiddos. It comes with other channels, and I don't mind paying per month to subscribe. If you're more computer savvy, there are tons of other options for getting TV streaming to your phone, Orb, Slingbox, etc. You can do a search on this forum or on Dogpile, Google, Yahoo, etc.

i think they sneak channels in without much fanfare.i noticed a channel for airing nascar races.(trying this weekend).just stumbled across it.being a nascar sponsor,i would think at least that channel would of been advertised more or at all.

I've seen the content available and wasn't impressed myself. In my opinion, an investment in a compatable TV PCI card and ORB with a streamable phone is the best option. A good Tv card will run between $50 (ebay)- $150 (retail). Orb is free and dont forget to have a data/web plan. With ORB my phone has access to over 3,500 mp3s and dozens of stored DVD movies, pictures and documents which are all stored on my second drive on my PC at home which is always on anyway.

Hi, I was just wondering what was included on the SERO data plan. I ordered on the web and this is what it said was included:
Your SERO Private Store Discounts
Purchase a new device and service plan through this SERO site and save!
You'll find special discounts on many devices
Select from three SERO voice plans starting at only $30/month
Unlimited data services included with all plans
Unlimited text messaging included with all plans through 9/29/07
What exactly do they mean by "Unlimited Data Services"?
Does this mean internet connection (tether), TV, Music or what, I couldn't find anywhere that explains it all. IF I want to watch Fox News for example, do I need a add-on service?
PS Good news is my searching led me to this site
Thanks in advance all :D

It does not include tethering.
Unlimited data services means you will not be charge for data access/transfer when you run an application which requires data from the net. For example if you browse the web- no additional charge. If you have an application like a GPS tel-nav ( which you pay a monthly fee for) you wouldnt pay for the data usage which can be quite costly.

you can cheat with a samsung phone and disable modem nai to tether for free.... I have used it plenty of times but be careful like all cheating the consequences can out wiegh the benefits.. I would hate to get a 1500 phone bill so about a year ago I got cable internet... the evdo works great but 1500 man thats alot and it could easily be more
