Well for some reason my phone is now playing ringertones so when others call they hear a song. I never signed up for this is there a way for me to take this off manually without having to call CS??

Check your Digital Lounge on the Sprint web page. Did you buy any call tones? Call tones are what the incoming caller hears instead of the normal ring sound.

My hell my brother in law did last time I let him use my phone. Ok how do I turn this option off??

In the Digital Lounge, the call tones are in the Personalization section. At the bottom of the page is a link to manage your call tones. You can change settings by following the link.

You can assign different tones to different numbers, make those numbers the only ones that will hear call tones, or just shut them down entirely.

You can also access it from your handset. You don't get to preview purchases but I find it a convenient way to manage them quickly.
