I just received a phone that I ordered and nowhere in the box is there any paper regarding the mail in rebate!! The sprint cs said that all the information would be in the box. The rebate was the main reason that I chose this phone...is there something I am missing?

Go to Sprint.com (don't log in) just find your phone for sale. The rebate links are there to print out rebate forms.

Just make sure you read the fine print very carefully before sending it. You don't want to miss anything and delay the rebate even more!

Yes, Kellogg is only supposed to be for new activations. I have heard of people sending it in, knowing it will get denied, then emailing ecare about it, since nowhere on the rebate form does it specify its only for new activations. It even tells you to go to sprint.com/kellogg for more details, but that site doesnt even exist.
