Don't get me wrong, I am uber happy w/ my Sanyo M1, however I do think the phone could have supported a larger screen, somewhere in between that of the current Katana's and the current M1. It appears from the photos that the Katana II and DLX are going the same route as the M1 in screen size.

I guess I was used to having the larger screen size on all high end Sanyo in the past (4500, 7300, 7400, 5600, 9000).

Also, remember the same thing happened to the 7500 when it came out. It had a smaller screen size than the 7400.

Any thoughts ?

i am fine with the screen size, its the dust inside it that bothers me. Although I would not complain if the screen was bigger. Bigger is always better!!!

Wirelessly posted (Mozilla/4.0 (MobilePhone SCP-M1/US/1.0) NetFront/3.3 MMP/2.0)

I wasn't happy initially because using the Media player so much I thought a decrease in screen size would ruin it, that was before I learned about landscape

I'm pretty happy with the screen size, I just wish there was a way to keep it from getting that "slimy" look after you use it, and you end up having to clean the screen all the time. My wifes phone looks like a Mary Kay compact after she uses it! :scare:

My wifes phone looks like a Mary Kay compact after she uses it! :scare:I'm constantly getting on my mom about that. When ever she has me do something on her phone for her i always grab for a paper towel or something because i know the inside screen is going to be full of grime and makeup.
