My sister's Katana's screen has far too much whiteness in it. It was working fine, then it randomly blanked out. Are there any codes to type in that can completely reset the phone? I've tried removing the battery and all that stuff, but nothing works. I can bring it in for a replacement, but this would be her second replacement in a few months. Thanks.
