for some reason my phone doesnt always get hot when i make calls but when i watch tv on my phone or radio, my battery goes from two bars to none almost instantly and 5 mins of tv watching gets really hot. they already changed my battery but never had this happen before. any ideas?

Did they run the firmware updates too? If that doesn't work then it may be time to call lockline or bring it in to sprint to have them replace it(if you have insurance). Hope you get another 9k...

I have the battery life problem too but on top of that whenever use the browser or Media Player, not the Music Store it would cut off and turn on itself for no reason. If I restart it it would happen quicker the next time
