1) I have pictures in my Assigned Media folder that I no longer have on the phone. How can I copy/save them to my PC or to the phone or the SD card?

2) I had Picture Mail at one point, I have a few pics in my inbox on the phone. I got rid of Picture Mail a long time ago. I can still view the pictures in my inbox on the phone. I got Picture Mail added back to my phone... but I cannot save or forward the old pics in my inbox. They also do not show up in the online inbox when I log in to Picture Mail online. Is there a way to retrieve that picture from my phone? It is physically in my phones memory somewhere.

To sum it up... is there a program out there that can retrieve all my pics/data from the phones internal memory (by USB or whatever)?

These pics are NOT in the "My Pictures" folder and are NOT on the microSD card.

Well if your pic mail was canceled for over 3 months then them pics is gone. They should have notified you with a count down on how much longer you had before your pics was taken offline.

I don't think there is nothing you can do. I save all my pics and video's to my SD card. That way if something happened to the phone I'd still have my pics and video's.

the m1 will allow you to save a copy of the pics in the assigned media to the my albums...
goto assigned media, then find the pic, press options, then copy

i don't know about the pic mail inbox thing.

Sadly enough.... that's no longer the case. Once you cancel, you only have two weeks.. and that's if you cancel just vision (with included pic mail)... but, if the account itself is canceled, so is the pictures account.

Try options>copy>to media card.... see if that helps. I'm no where near an 8400 to try.

nope it doesn't. When you look at the 8400's assigned media it doesn't have that option. the options are Set as, delete and details
