Guys if you goto the Sprint phone section and then click on "Clearence Center" at times you will be able to Speak to a live rep! I went to the website a few times before and a live rep. messaged me. You get a pop up screen when she/he messages you. Thought thats pretty ill! Haha ;].

LOL and they really want to make a sale. As soon as I go there here somebody comes talking about "how can I help you"? The first time it happened I thought I clicked on something but after it happened the second time I realized that they just pop up.
