Every time I try to update my razor v3m software through the update option under settings I get an error 1012 "could not prepare vision services if problem persists you may have to call sprint" everything else works fine i.e web tv music account info...what gives?

I should have mentioned earlier... tried updating my vision profile but that did not work.

I did. they said not to worry because there are no updates available. they dont have a clue.
