any one have a sero plan and getting charged an even $100 for data usage? it has been 3 months in a row that i have had to call in and get a credit to counteract the charges. according to my plan I'm supposed to have everything unlimited and CS even told me so and can't figure it out. can't get it right so far. just wondering if i'm the only one. thanx.
$100 is the max data charge in any month. The system obviously isn't coded properly and is billing you the Max allowable. When I switched to the 700P my first month I had data charges but it has been correct since.
You might try setting up an e-mail and just auto send it every month untill it's corrected that way you don't have to wait in queue for CC.

Or call employee accounts and see if they can fix it instead of dialing *2.

already have and supposedly they fixed it the second time and found a code missing in my account. then the charges appeared again this last billing cycle. fixed again. so we'll see this next billing cycle. i don't know we'll see. just wanted to see if more people had issues on their accounts/SERO.

one question. have you been tethering using your phone? you do incur data charges if you're using your phone in conjunction with a laptop/computer to go online.

nope. i dont use my phone as a modem. that was one reason sprint told me it could be caused by. i have no need to use my phone as a modem. no laptop and i have wireless network at home. still clueless. i will just wait for the next bill to come out to see if my account has been corrected.

If they don't fix it just make sure you keep going through employee accounts to fix the problem. So far they are the only ones that's been able to fix my SERO problems
