Does anyone know how to change your picturemail username? I changed it once, but after that on the website your not allowrd to change it anymore. I spent 5 hours on the phone with Sprint Tier 2 tech and they came ot the same conclusion. Does anyone have the same problem, or know how to fix this. It's stupid that you're only allowed to change your picturemail username once, but you can change your vision username how ever many times you want.
This is what comes up where you're supposed to be able to change it. THe username option isn't even there...
Just call tech support. They will be able to change it for you or reenable the option to rechange your picturemail user name.

nope, tier 1 & teir 2 can't do it. Like I said I was on the phone for about 5 hours (no exaduration) Their answer (The supervisors answer) was we'll cancel your account and reopen it. Even before today, I've been trying for 2 weeks now. Not even the techs in the Sprint stores know how to do it. I know you can do it, I don't know why no one can do it for me and it's such a big deal I've been a Sprint dealer for 2 years now, and i"ve never successfully been able to do it for anyones account after they initally change it.
Have ya tried forwarding your picture email to your sprint email then forward it to where ever. your num wont show up that way.

The thing is my little brother just changed my username to something stupid and i can't change it to anything else. I used to use he default one they gave me and never cared.

you have to have the pic mail option removed from your account and then re-added again to get the option to change it again.

Did that too, they did everything shy of canceling the account. They removed all extras, then the plan itself but still nothing. Sprint has shocked me over the years with the dumbest things they can't do but this has got to be the dumbest.

i ran into this problem before, i was getting spam to my pic mail account. all tech support did for me was remove the pic mail option for two days and then re-add it. and it worked for me.
