I have been trying to sign in to aim mobile but vision never gets past the page where you click "sign in". The power vision data indicators start to light up, then just stop.
Has anyone else been having trouble logging into AIM mobile lately?

Can anyone confirm whether they have been able to access aim mobile over the web (not the downloaded program)?
I have noticed that I often have to restart my browser after trying to sign in.
Any help out there?

I don't use it on a regular basis (I usually use the app), but I just logged onto AIM Mobile via my web browser with no problem on my Katana.

Thanks for the replies. Looks like it is a problem on my end then.
I've tried clearing history, clearing cookies, restarting browser, updating vision profile, updating my phone, turning phone off and back on to no avail.
And as if by some miracle as I was typing this, I finally logged in. It took about 2 minutes to move past the page where you click sign on, but sure enough, I'm in...
I will see if this continues.
Edit-
I signed out and tried to sign back in, and it still took seemingly a day and a half before it would connect. Any suggestions/opinions?

I'd call sprint and see if anybody else in your area is having problems. And then it could be AIM. There are plenty of times when I try to sign on to aim from my home computer and can't do it.
