Well I just received this phone, I had a Katana before and I must say I love this phone. Gmaps works great the internet is fast and I have had no problems. I have the newest Firmware and its working great. I havent had the restarts like everyone else is complaining about I have version 1.007SP. I just bought it maybe a week ago, so for everyone telling you not to get the Sanyo 8400 do not listen to them. I called sprint and ordered it from them, so maybe I got a new batch or something :headbang2

I got mine March 4th and it started messing up like 3 weeks ago. I had to go get a new one.

Both mine made it at least 2 months before any problems. My new one just recently started rebooting daily. Great phone otherwise.

True I love the phone but I'm getting tired of it telling me that it didn't shut down properly

I've had my phone for over a month now.... no regrets/complaints... absolutely love it!
Now that I have Mobile GMaps installed and running flawlessly on it I'm totally in awe how powerful this phone is.
