Here is my problem. Everytime that my 755p goes and "gets" my email, it is retreiving over 700 emails from the server, regardless of whether they are old have been previously deleted. If I delete them out of my inbox and trash, the phone will simply get them again and again, etc. Is this a phone problem or a server problem ? ANybody know how to fix ?

I got the 700p, go to your inbox put a check mark next to all the emails you want to erase, then click delete.. it will delete them all for you. Then use the other option to perge or delete trash: it gonna give you three options: delete off server, delete off devide or Both(which means to delete both on server and device).. Choose both and it will delete it all the unwanted emails for you.

Thanks for the response. Unfortunately, my thread may not have been very clear or I am not understanding your response. Once I delete everything out of the Inbox and out of the Trash, when my Palm goes to retreive new mail, it downloads the same 700 Plus emails off of the server and we start the process all over again. It is a crazy cycle. Does that make sense to you or do you know how to resolve ? Palm didnot know how to fix.

There should be an option to download only new e-mails in preferences. If that's checked and it's still downloading all your old e-mails, sorry I can't help you.
