Story: I called in on Monday-Tuesday to order my wife a phone for mothers day and was told that my wifes plan could be set up EXACTLY the same as mine with no problems, she put some notes in my account saying such and now all hell has broken loose.
What should I do from here. I I don't want to be greedy but a deal is a deal right?

I sincerely hope that no billing changes occur for my primary line 443-404-XXXX. Once again I was assured that my secondary line 443-404-XXXX, would be switched to a mirror of my primary with the same same plan, discounts and features. The only difference is that I do not want TEP on the secondary line. Question: Hello, I just purchased a new phone for my Wife, A pink Katana. I will be giving this to her on Sunday for Mothers Day and would like to get her plan setup correctly. Her mobile number is 443-404-XXXX and is under my account. I would like her plan to be setup the same as mine. The only thing different is that we would not be requiring insurance on here phone(TEP) I would like her plan to be an exact mirror other than that with the same plan, features, add ons and discounts.
