Story: I called in on Monday-Tuesday to order my wife a phone for mothers day and was told that my wifes plan could be set up EXACTLY the same as mine with no problems, she put some notes in my account saying such and now all hell has broken loose.

What should I do from here. I I don't want to be greedy but a deal is a deal right?

Thank you for contacting Sprint via our Online Customer Support Center. I do sincerely apologize for any inconvenience you may be facing due to this rate plan application issue. I can most certainly understand your concern. I would be delighted to assist you further with getting your account set up properly.

Total Equipment Protection**********************Upon reviewing your account, I do see that Total Equipment Protection is on the 443-404-XXXX subscription and has been since September, 2006. I also see that as of May 11, 2007, this feature was also added to the 443-404-XXXX subscription on your account. I understand that you had requested to not have this service added to this subscription on your account. My apologies. If you would like this service removed from this subscription on your account, simply respond to this email with confirmation to do so. Upon receiving your reply, I will promptly address all requests.

SERO Plans and Corporate Discounts*******************************I do see that both of the subscriptions on your account are current set up on SERO Plans and that you are also receiving a 27% discount via Citicorp Global. Regrettably the Sprint SERO plan is not compatible with a monthly corporate discount. Due to this, we must remove one of these features. I apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause. You may choose to either remain on the SERO Plans and remove the Corporate Discount, or to remove the SERO plan on favor of a standard rate plan. I have reviewed your account usage and monthly recurring charges. Your monthly recurring charges before taxes, fees and usage is $74.00 per month. This SERO Plan provides you with 500 Minutes per month. I believe that we may be able to add a comparable plan for you and even possible save you some money on your monthly recurring charges.

Business E-CareSprint together with Nextel"Where our customers come first!" Original Message Follows:------------------------Alex, My line 443-404-XXXX already had TEP. I did not request any changes to line 443-404-XXXX. 443-404-XXXX is the primary line. I was assure when I ordered the phone through telesales that my new line 443-404-XXXXwould be switched over to the same plan as my PRIMARY 443-404-XXXX. I sincerely hope that no billing changes occur for my primary line 443-404-XXXX. Once again I was assured that my secondary line 443-404-XXXX, would be switched to a mirror of my primary with the same same plan, discounts and features. The only difference is that I do not want TEP on the secondary line. THERE SHOULD BE NO CHANGES TO THE PRIMARY 443-404-6038 Thank You very muchNikolas PS I just read through the original email sect to ecare and do not see any requests for anything to be changed on 443-404-XXXX. Can you explain why this liberty was taken? >

Question: Hello, I just purchased a new phone for my Wife, A pink Katana. I will be giving this to her on Sunday for Mothers Day and would like to get her plan setup correctly. Her mobile number is 443-404-XXXX and is under my account. I would like her plan to be setup the same as mine. The only thing different is that we would not be requiring insurance on here phone(TEP) I would like her plan to be an exact mirror other than that with the same plan, features, add ons and discounts. I believe you will see a note in the account stating that the current plan is a temporary plan and that I will be in contact to change this. > > Thank You Very Much> Nikolas> ================================================== ===========> > >

Stick with the Sero plans, just another example of bait and switch with Sprint. They allow one to set up a plan and then come back later with "you can't do that".

You may want to consider contacting executive services, explain the situation to them.......Sero was set up with the discounts, etc. Then they come back later and say no.... :bang:

i've been told over & over that my sero plan can't be combined with my corp discount( some ass put a note on my account ) and last time they messed up my bill I called for them to correct it & the rep was telling me to chose I said no just correct my bill.
I hope she didn't remove it...
if anything i'll contact the rep that added it& have him fix it :fingers:

Anyone have the best way to contact executive services? Also Anyone remember if a new contract date was set when discounts are added?

do you even work at citi bank?

and yes, nvp discounts are not supposed to work with sero.

Just try to talk to the rep about changing up the plans to a non SERO plan and see if you can be cheaper.

I read a portion of your long post, and it seems like that was an open option, yes?

nikolasmor

It is an open option and maybe cheaper. My NVP was verified per Sprints contact so yes my NVP is legit.

I just did the math let me know if this is wrong

SERO Family
30 60
plan 30
plan
tep 7 7
texts 5
PV 15
dropped -20 -20

total 47 67

discount 10 10
subtotal 42.3 60.3
discount 27
total 42.3 44.019

And before you bust my balls for the dropped part, I drop about 40-50 calls a month on my plan alone. So if I can get texts for free or PV for cheaper or free it will be cheaper to go with a regular family plan

nikolasmor:

Executive services can be reached via email, search in here to turn up the address. I noticed one of our members commented they can be reached thru ecare, although I'm not sure about that.

Also there are plenty of people with discounts on Sero, stick to your guns on this a little longer. Contact executive services. :)
