Hey-I need to get rid of my Q. I need a durable phone, and the 7050 caught my eye. Anyone have any info on this phone? any reviews? If it's not a good sanyo, which sanyo do you recommend?

Honestly if you're looking at that phone I'd get the 8400. The 7050 doesn't have a camcorder and the 8400 has a camcorder. If you're rough on phones then the 7050 is going to be the phone for you.

Got the 7050 for use by our truck driver and shop. No camera and its not an evdo phone (1x data only). Didn't really think it was that rugged of a phone and my 7500 felt more sturdy. Currently using the 8400 and would recommend that one over the 7050 unless you have restrictions on camera phones at work.

LOL oh, well I was told by Sprint that it was a military type phone and was good for people that dropped phones alot. I didn't like it cus I wanted something with a camcorder.

it's a cool phone. i like the look of it and the rubberized feel.

not flashy at all. but if you're going to use your phone as a weapon, it would be your choice for sure.

Thanks everybody for your opinions. I'm going to listen to most of you and get the 8400 today. I also realized that if I'm paying for insurance for my phone, why would I pay extra so it's sturdy? let it break. Let me use my insurance.

I'm going to pick up an 8400 this weekend hopefully.
