I recently signed up for the basic Power Vision package & was unable to use it on my Samsung a920. I went to the Sprint store and the "Tech Guy" just left so they gave me a 800 PV Techline phone number. When I got home I called them on my landline and they walked me thru some settings and stuff (##DATA#). When done he says wait 4 hours & try it. Still could not get on after 12 hours. I kept getting a 1012 error.
Now, because of other family obligations and time consuming activities (kids baseball, overtime at work, nice day to mow lawn, etc.) two weeks have passed. By now I'm paying for a service I can't use.
I went back to another Sprint store and their guy tried to get my A920 on PV. After 2 hours of being on the phone with Tech Support, he was authorized to give me a new phone.
Two (2) questions: Has anyone else had this problem on the a920?
AND
I chose the Sanyo 8400 as the replacement; anybody heard good or bad on this phone?
