Good evening all. My wife and I recieved our new Moto Qs today (new lines of service). I wanted to test the online features but it did not allow me to out of the box (like my sanyo 8300 and toshiba vm did). When I attempt to use the mobile msn or IE browser, i get a error "Unable to place call". I called up sprint cs, and they told me it will take 4 hours to activate the pcs vision. However, Its been over 8hrs, so no access (I still get "Unable to place call"). One tech person told me to re-enter the msid ect (that ## codes) and that didnt work either. Would someone be so kind to help me out of this jam? My wife won't shut up about it! lol! Help! :confused:
