How to disable Sprint Power Vision on V3m?

Hi.
I have phone Motorola V3M. It is connected to Sprint. I often travel and consequently I use phone in networks of others CDMA providers. However there is one problem. When I start WAP, phone writes " Preparing Power Vision Services ". It is clear, that at other operators of this service is not present. Phone gives out a mistake and browser is closed. Who knows as to disable or bypass initialization PVS? How to start WAP on this phone at other CDMA provider?
P.S. All settings of a network, a proxy the server, a proxy port are set correctly. Phone makes calls, leaves in the Internet through a cable. However WAP it is not started.

I don't have a Razor anymore, but here's how I can do it with my current phone:

Main Menu > Settings > Security > (lock code) > Lock Services > Power Vision > Lock

The Razor might be similar.
