If you never signed up for a Vision Plan you could use alittle more (KB) at your own risk up to $34+ worth I think. That is when a automated call (866#) will come in and warn you of your over usage of data without plan & will recommend the data plan packs to you. :deal:


It should mention that it'll waive the charges you ranked up if you subscribe, from there you talk person to person with a rep.
IMHO Get the Power Vision Access Plan for $15 if and when you get the warning call.
Also keep in mind it only works once so don't quit & try again.

Or just chalk it up & Pay the $27 & the $15 for signup, you might get a nice rep that'll still give you that data fee waive. ;)

LOL I remember I racked up 2MB in 2 days using Opera Mini :p thats how I kno--err learned or it. :rolleyes:

You could try to switch to a SERO plan which has free vision so this wont happen next time to you. Wow, that ish is wack, paying 27$!

I just got my bill and noticed that I have been charged $30 for the second month in a row for data usage, even though I have not used any! When I called and had last month's charge waived they assured me it would never happen again.

any of those things are data

Went to Sprint.com to check my bill. It shows that I have 1849 minutes of Vision Data Home charges. Or is that kilobytes?

At 3 cents per kilobyte, i'll be charged $55.47.

If it is minutes, what is the rate of that to be charged? I am a bit confused on how this works as this is my first phone that can connect to the internet (LG Muziq).

I did go online when I first got the phone and downloaded 1 theme, but I wasn't online for 30 hours. More like 5 minutes or less. I was curious to see how it worked. My fault there, big time..

(I did just upgrade my plan to include the 15.00 Power Vision Pack or whatever it is called).

So, is it minutes or kilobytes that I am being charged?

For me its www.sprint.com - My Sprint - Usage Details and it's all right there for all of my phones.

As an update, sprint waved my 55 dollar charge when I added the Vision Pack to my service. Sweet.

I have the $15 Access pack on my account and I've never seen vision data home usage on my current usage page. I'd be curious to know though how much i use.

For some reason it seems that folks get a whole lot of different welcome pages at Sprint. The one I get *NOW* is a lot different than the one I used to get on my old service from them (recently terminated by me).

This is what the top 40% of my current "My Sprint" welcome page looks like:

I believe those customers who have been migrated to Ensemble are the ones who can view their data usage. I don't believe P2K customers can see their data usage online just yet...When Sprint finishes migrating the entire customer base to Ensemble, we should all be seeing the same screens once again.

yeah I think I'm still in P2K because I still have the old screen but I really am interested in finding out how much data I use per month and on average

press ##786# on your phone and check how much data you have at the beginning of the month, then at the end of the month check again. the difference between the two is the amount of data you used that month.

This is billing from the new Ensemble System... My newer SERO falls under this as well... The old one is still under the P2K
