Is navigation included with Ultimate PV package?

I just got off the phone with cs, and he said that u/l navigation is not included with the ultimate pv package, but the website says: http://img354.imageshack.us/img354/5116/untitleduu5.jpg

he also said that i still get 4 free song downloads a month, and that only new 25$ pv packages receive the nav pack. is he mistaken?.. i get charged for every song, and i dont get free nav.

my ultimate $20 (actually free thanks to credits) pv pack does include navigation, the 100% sure way to find out, is to browse the apps, download sprint nav, it will prompt you to pay if its not included in your plan, or in my case it works 100%

the free songs are another issue, mine appear sometimes, 1 month no free next free it seems to happen when sprint feels like it

thanks for the reply.. are you saying that you only pay 20$ a month without credits, and free with credits? or did i read wrong, and another thing the cs said was that u/l sms is only 10$ a month, so he switched that, i wasnt aware of that change tho.

yes my PV is $20 per month prior to my 2x $10 recurring vision credits and i get the navigation pack on my m1 (havent tried 700p yet) my girlfriends $15 pv pack (access /w $5 pic mail) does not

I have the PV Ultimate pack and according to the website "Unlimited access to Sprint Navigation also will be included in the existing Sprint Power Vision Ultimate Pack and Sprint Power Vision Business Pack, both priced at $25 per month." but cs told me this wasn't true. I've emailed ecare. I'm waiting on a response.

Sprint in there ultimate wisdom (or maybe there is some specific reason for this I dont know of) has a different code for the Ultimate Vision Pack including Navigation. I called sprint a couple of weeks ago inquiring how to get Sprint Navigation (I have the Ultimate Pack). The rep told me that it was not included. I directed him to the page (pretty sure it was the same one you have a screenshot of). He looked into it more and said that the Ultimate Powervision Pack with free navigation was a different code than the one I had. I asked him to switch the code and once he did that I received a text message the next day from sprint with a link to download the Sprint Navigation.

i just downloaded it from the sprint download section (listed all downloads and browsed my way through all of them looking for freebies or anything actually worth while) it worked fine, no code change needed

i was put on the 25.00 sprint power vision ultimate pack a couple days ago ... which says NAV is inclucuded - i then got a txt message that said "get a GPS phone and you can use navigation" ...

soooo if i have a telnav bluetooth gps adapter - wouldnt that allow me to use the navigation, does anyone know?? *laughs* i know customer service wont know!!

if you use a telenav branded gps receiver (a few companies make them) then yes it will work

Because you either don't have ultimate, or you are being credited back 15 dollars in service credit's on your account. There is no way to change the actual price of the ultimate pack, without service credits. Either that or you have talked to a confused rep and probably wanna check your bill for what you are actually being charged

I have ultimate plan but Iam unable to get Sprint NAv .I get an error saying my ph is not compatible yet for NAv? I talked to a rep a few weeks ago and he said its the same as telenav which I tried out in Feb and worked fine.Last week I called Sprint tech rep and he said my nav should be out by may1st? So far I dont see it.

Oh, well that makes more sense then. Call in to make sure you have the newest "code" for powervision ultimate. If you have the old code it does not include unlimited navigation. I had this same problem before, and the rep I talked to was confused at first and told me I had to pay 9.99 for navigation as well. Just call and ask them to put the new code in and then you should be fine.

alright that sounds about right but that hasn't happened. I called to upgrade to Ultimate the day before my new minutes and didn't use the nav because after changing I got a text saying my phone was incompatible and when trying to d/l app it asked for $9.99. that didn't bother me because i wanted the radio and tv mostly and seeing as the tv channel thing didnt get fixed til 4/16 I thought maybe that was Y it wanted $ from me, clled multiple times and was told each time that Telenav would be $9.99 but I would be credited the $9.99 and the additional taxes. I just want to know if any of the other Ultimate user asked to pay?

i dont think a code switch in nessacary, but it might make it easier, i just got a text a couple days ago that said nav is included with my PV pack, and a link to download, and the app itself says that its a trial, but if you have Pv ultimate or business just keep using

I told him it does ask me to buy it.He said yes buy the $9.99 it will be credited back .My question is Tele nav really the same as Sprint nav I know its run by Telenav but it said in the info online it has a traffic alert . I dont see that on the telenav? So is Telenav the same program as Sprint Nav?

Yes except for some different colors it is basically the samething. But they are still two seperat programs. Sprint Nav shouldn't charge you, Telenav will.

Alright I searched for Sprint Nav and found it but it say my phone is not comcatible but it works just fine with Teklenav, what the problem is?

Called Tech rep again this time they said Telenav is not the same as Sprint nav and Sprint nav wont be avaiable til May 1st for my phone.So Since I downloaded the telenav they are crediting me $10 . So I use Telenav till Sprint nav comes on . So I guess telenav is not the same as Sprint nav.

Maybe its just an area thing? because i have "sprint navigation" on my phone, and when i use it, it says Sprint navigation and then has 'powered by telenav' in smaller type under it. and its certainly not the telenav that nextel uses, SO, im using that right now and once the trial ends, i will let everyone know if i get charged for it, i personally use garmin mobile:

so it appears that in order to get nav included, you must either switch to sprint nav pv.. or renew pv ultimate
