Ok so I was in the process of exchanging a phone ( i'm still within my 30 days) and there was a credit on my acct for the new unit untill I send in the other one( which i'm assuming would clear up once they got the unwanted phone). All of the sudden that credit dissapeared& no new phone charges( i haven't had the chance to send the other phone back yet)
did anyone have that happen to them? what happened?
I don't want to contact them since i'm frustrated with unanswered e-mails and whenever they do decide to answer some guy calls from India unable to understand my concerns :(

i had something kinda like that happen. back when i had the 5600 i had to make an insurance claim. 1st they sent me the lg535, which i HATE slider phones. so i called and said i wont take it. then they sent me an 8300. if u know the 5600 u know the 8300 is no where near it. i called and was extremely mad. they finally sent a 5600. my house ended up getting broke in to and i never sent the phones in including my original due to them being stolen. they never charged me for anything.

Well I sent in the phone not sure how long the process will take( hoping it'll be credited at the end of the week since they should have it by tuesday).
I'm hoping they'll just credit my account when they receive the phone & I wind up with credit :)
After all the hoops they made me jump I deserve it.
