Ha, so I started a post earlier on how I started a job at Radioshack, and was asking what kind of plan I was able to get. So now, I'm just waiting for my Paycheck so I can get a phone, with the plan. Since it isn't a contract and everything.
Anyways... I've been reading peoples posts here and there, and I noticed that Sears gets a discount also? Correct me if I'm wrong. Currently I have a job at Radioshack, and Sears. And I was going to see how I was going to handle both jobs.
So I guess what my question is, can I get a discount on my Radioshack employee plan? Or some other type of discount?
Also, would this work. If I signed up for a 2 year plan through Sprint. Waited a month, and then changed my plan to my Radioshack employee plan? Would I be able to get a phone that way?
Thanks for all the help, with all my nooby questions.

Ok, so now I have another question. My Idea, is to try and get onto a SERO plan for the first month, before I switch to my Radioshack Employee plan. (If that will work.) So, the SERO plan for the Motorola Q, is the $30 Plan, with the Q running for $99. Now, on the inPhonics site they have the Q for free, on the $40 plan (not SERO). So, while attempting to get SERO, would I be able to get the Motorola Q for free as well. So in the long run, I will end up with a Radioshack employee plan, with a Motorola Q.
So do I have all of this right? And will this work?
Thanks again.

You won't be able to get a dual employee/volume discount. It'd be nice, but I think they've gotten wise to that. Not sure on the rest of your idea. I'm pretty sure it might work, but then again, I usually just buy my phones either from Sprint or ebay.

That almost certainly wont work. Inphonics has a rule that you must stay on a plan for a certain length of time, like 3 or 6 months. If you went to a sprint store, you may be able to pull it off, only instead of being month to month, you would have a contract.

If you receive a discount on the phone, you will be in contract even if you switch to an employee plan.
