so with all these new powervision plans out with the nav or music or whatever I was wondering if there a way to upgrade my sero plan to these new packs. It looks like sero allready comes with the basic 15 dollar pack. I thought u were suppose to get cnn, e and some other stuff with that. All I get is nfl network and like 10 music channels. So can I just upgrade and pay the differance of 5 or 10 bucks or do I have to add the whole pack onto me sero or can I someonehow get it added for free? Since the packs are so new, I really don't know how they work with sero, what you get, won't you don't get, etc. Anyone have any idea?

I am also wondering if we Sero users customers can upgrade our Power Vision? Or, could we somehow arrange to purchase Phone as Modem? No rep I have ever talked to has been able to figureout PAM for Sero. Please send me a PM too!

I just called because I noticed on my account it said "Unlimited Vision Access". I told the lady that the SERO plan I was signed up for said I would get unlimited Power Vision, not just regular Vision. She said that the code for the plan I was on had "EVDO" in it, which meant it WAS a Power Vision plan.
Any elaboration on this? What is the difference between Vision and Power Vision otw?
Someone clue me in on what these PM's are about please...

I don't understand why asking about how to upgrade your SERO PowerVision so that you are able to get a different level of the PowerVision levels is a secret. I'm not asking to put one over on Sprint, I just want to be able to upgrade my PowerVision so I can get more channels.
Is there something special I need to know?

Unfortunately there is no secret information. Ive called Sprint, talked to CS a few times and with a SERO plan you get web access. If you want any tv channels you have to purchase them. :irked:

No problem, I finally got a Supervisor and she seemed to know the SERO plans real well. With the plans you get Vision or Powervision which includes unlimited web access depending on your phone. 99 cent music downloads are included along with the 10 Sprint Music Stations. There are also some free applications you can download on the Digital Lounge.
If anyone wants to get a tv pack you just purchase it and youre in business. At least now I know the deal and don't want to bang my head against the wall anymore :headbang2
Hope this clears it up for everyone.

Theres no pm-ing going on because theres no big secret. If you're on a SERO plan and you want Sprint TV you have to buy it. Thats the big secret! Read the previous posts.

This thread has been very helpful (at least the last page).
I first thought because I had the basic PV plan with SERO that I would get:
Sprint TV — Power View TV with exlcusive programs on music, sports and celebrity gossip; plus all the channels below:
- E! Entertainment
- CNN
- Fox Sports
- The Weather Channel
- The NFL Network
Now I see because it's a SERO PV pack and not a regular Sprint PV pack, all I'm getting is NFLN and some glorified clips.
I admit I would like CNN and The Weather Channel but maybe a Slingbox is a better (and cheaper in the long run) solution.
