We just renewed our contract with Sprint about a week ago and upgraded our phones at the same time. Well when we renewed we didn't know we could ask for a better plan so we kept the same one we have had.
The Plan:
2000 Anytime Minutes $90
Unlimited N&W
N&W 9pm(him) 7pm(me)
Free Vision (now Free POWER Vision)
$5 for Unlimited Text (my line)
$5 for 300 text (his line)
I think that's it. I was wondering if it were possibly too late to ask for a better deal? I mean honestly we probably only use like 500 minutes and sometimes my boyfriend may go over the 300 text. Anyways, it's only been a week do you think its too late anyway?

What should I say? I tried to call once but they are just offering regular plans? $60 for 550 minutes. I don't want to sound like a b**** but I would like at least a semi decent deal.

You have a 30 day window of opportunity to reverse the changes you made and re-instate your old contract. Technically, you could cancel right now without an ETF, but in doing so, you would have to return your equipment upgrades.
Honestly though, you have a pretty good plan as it stands, but you could call them back and tell them your plan is not meeting your needs (too many minutes) and that you still have the ability to cancel w/o an ETF so you are thinking of porting out to another carrier unless you can find something that better suits your needs.
If you switch your plan down to a lower minute plan, be sure that you do not loose the other features you have a good deal on now.
