Sprint's plans are so confusing to me, and my current plan is also confusing to me so I'm not exactly how I should proceed in an attempt to get a new (3rd) line added to my current plan.
I have some form of a Family plan that I started in June 2006 and it was a 12 month contract. I have the $69.95 plan (700 mins?) with a discount applied (about 15% I think) and some freebies thrown in like discounted vision on the 2nd phone and free text messages. I did all this through retention, and it took a few followups to get the details all correct on my billing, so I am very concerned that anything I do will really screw things up.
What I am looking to do at a minimum is to add a new line of service to the plan. Online, it tell me that I can't add a 3rd, phone, but the equivalent priced family plans say that you can have 3 shared lines, so I'm confused. If possible, I would also like to bump up to the next higher plan, but I don't want / can't afford to lose my discount.
What is the best way to approach this? Should I go in a retail store? E-mail e-care? Call retention?
I am also curious about how vision is applied to these plans, because I looked online at a Power Family Pack or Family Power Pack or something, and it appeared that there was just one charge for vision for all phones? is that correct?
Thanks in advance for any tips you experts can provide!!
