Retentions MAY be able to give you a discount on the replacement handset. When is your contract up, and what dates are shown on your rebate eligibility?
If your contract will soon be up, they may offer you a discount of $150, possibly new customer pricing on the handset.

Retensions should be able to match the prices on SERO plans, except now new SERO accounts get crappy phones.

All sprint phones are available for SERO, just not listed in the SERO site. As you now have to call about SERO plans (inphonic no longer does sero sales, sprint does) just ask the rep about the phone you are intrested in.
Edit: who mentioned SERO plans though? We have plenty of threads for SERO questions :)

What are these two discounts for?
I have a fair and flex plan and I just bought a new phone last week and renewed my contract so I just want to make sure I'm eligible for them. Thanks!

They're supposed to be for new customers who sign up on Sprint.com. It is a code you type before checkout to get $50 off. One is for regular vision handsets, and the other is for Power Vision handsets. Unfortunately I'm not sure these will help in your situation.
