It's standard that adding Z-code perks requires a 2-year renewal

i have an old plan, for which i was paying $5 for 7pm N/W, i emailed ecare trying to get free 6PM N/W, but instead the rep just gave me a $5 recurring credit for my 7 PM N/W. still not 6 PM tho :(.

i'm sure you can always just add on 7pm for 5 bucks without renewing. now, free would be a whole different question.

Dean, 7pm, roaming, and INT all require contract extensions even if you pay.

I have nights starting at 6 but asked if I could save $10 by switching to 7pm for free and they told me I had to renew.

When I received my 6pm nights a few months ago, they never mentioned that I had to renew.

They did it for me. My contract is not renewed, but it now says 7pm nights free. The customer service rep mentioned I may see a $5 charge, but at the bottom it will show a credit.

kulnet and sauce:

why do you think you got it without extension. Did you do it via E-care, in person, retention?

I got 7pm's, and then they moved it to 6pm's just because I had multiple lines. Then when they offered 15% and roaming, I just said ... err ... oh okay!

I received the credit for 7PM back when I signed up for Sero. Later I found out they gave me a one year deal, I called and the rep claimed to have changed it to two years.

I found out it wasn't changed to two years. IF I call them before it expires, what are my odds of getting them to renew the credit WITHOUT extending my contract. BTW I'll have another year to go on my contract when the 7PM credit expires.

I got 7pm for free on my Sero plan! If your within three months of starting your plan they will change your contract with an extension.
