Here is what is the deal, I looked at my bill and i saw only $8.54 discount for nights and weekends at 6pm..
I looked at my dads bill and the same thing... ( he is on a different account )
Keep in mind we have a sero plan...
I have $30.00 plan my dad has a $50.00 plan, but I wonder why it only shows up as 8.54 ??? it seemed like it started 2 months ago for both of us...
Another thing
We both have 15 % discount and a 15 % corp discount...
He gets both his discounts but I only see a 15% discount on mine...
I called up CSR and she said she see's both added to my account...
They gave me a service credit and a credit right away on my last month bill that was over $30.00 .. Do you think that is why i didn't get the 15% corp discount??

Be careful when complaining about not getting additional discounts when you have a SERO plan. Sounds like you got lucky. A lot of members are being denied corp and loyalty dicounts on SERO plans. They tell us we are already getting a discounted plan, which we are. I applied for my corp discount and its been 2 billing cycles so far. We'll see.

Stacked discounts are not allowed. So people have them because some reps aren't smart enough to know, but they aren't supposed to stack discounts.

Credits are discounted too, and there's no way around it. Your $10 credit is having 15% taken off. The only way to prevent that from happening, is to remove the 15% discount entirely.

LOL, you have a killer $30 plan that no other carrier can match. Take your lose and let it be. You might call again, and get a rep that really knows what he/she is doing and they might hammer you.

You are already getting the 15% discount of your MRC. I don't know the reason your credit is for $8.54. It should only be for $8.50. Sprint is not going to credit you 15% for something you are already getting for free. Take 15% off of the original $10 reocurring credit for 6PM N/W and $8.50 is what your credit should be.
This isn't a loss for you in anyway. You are still getting your 15% off unless you expect Sprint to actually pay you $1.50 extra above the actual cost of $10 to have 6PM N/W.
