I have a Nextel for work that's rarely used for phone calls and was wondering if I used it to forward calls to my Sprint phone that has free PCS-to-PCS, would it be free incoming calls?

Likely no. I don't know 100%, but I'd say there is a fee for forwarding calls.
Are you guys saying receiving a forwarded call on my Sprint phone will incur charges? What I'm trying to do is have people call my Nextel number and have that phone forward calls to my Sprint phone.

What we're saying is, anytime you have calls fowarded, it's going to cost you. Nextel will charge you per minute.

Only way to get it to work would be a callbridge service like voicestick... or if Sprint to Home is available with Nextel.

Oh, I'm not too worried about Nextel charging me... just wondering if the forwarded calls would still be considered PCS-to-PCS when it reaches my Sprint phone or would it be like a normal call made directly to my Sprint phone.

I don't think Sprint has worked out mobile to mobile between Sprint and Nextel yet.

What happen when yoyu call forward is this:
Lets say number 555-1234 (your Nextel) is forwared to 555-4321 (your Sprint)
I call from 555-5555 (Verizon) to 555-1234 (your Nextel), your Sprint phone rings and displays the incoming number. The number it displays is 555-5555 (the number I am calling from), not your Nextel phone number. So, the incoming call will not be Nextel's number and as such not M2M.

Apparently Nextel does count as PCS-to-PCS... definitely in the NYC area.

Hrmm, that does make sense. Thanks for the clarification.
