I have a 4-phone family plan, and I recently managed to get $5/m vision instead of $15/m by emailing cs... but I'm not sure on one thing... Would this mean I had vision on every phone, or just one?

I would strongly suspect just one since provisioning is done for Vision on a per handset basis. So unless you know that you are paying for each line, chances are its just for the one you mentioned to them when you contacted them. But it can never hurt to ask.

Don't think they ever had Vision plans that spanned across an account's lines like they do now with text messaging. Doesn't hurt to contact Sprint and find out for sure.
