Ok, Since this phone didn't sell on Ebay, I am relisting it here for a much lower price than I was originally asking. Since I paid off my car, I am a little short on cash flow. I was originally asking $260 shipped here. I had it on Ebay with a reserve of $240, and it didn't sell. Here is my final offer because I happen to have a cash flow problem.
$210 shipped. There will be no offers below $210 even responded to. I had offers on here of $220, $230, and $250. All of them fell through. $210 is a hell of a price considering it includes the 512 memory card and car charger.

Additional Details: As I said above, this phone is used but n great condition. There are only 2 very small flaws on this phone which will be disclosed right now. There are 2 very small scratches on the front quartz from sitting in my pockets all day. They are so barely noticable in fact that neither my M1 or my 6mp digital camera could capture them. The only other flaw is the #4 button. A very small section of the black coating has scratched off. The section is barely bigger than a hair folicle, bit I am anal about my posessions and I notice it. Other than that, the phone is in great condition.
Why am I selling? The lagging. I thought I could live with it as many were and are able to. But I could not. I tried taking the phone to 5 different local (and not so local) sprint repair facilities, but noone could (or would) do the update. It finally got on my last nerve so I upgraded to the Sanyo M1. This beauty is now up for sale.
