hello,
i will mention sero in this post but thats not the main concern, so before you go thinking what is this kid doing starting another sero thread, i'm not. my question is that i have sero and since getting it about 5 days ago when ever i try and contact CS through e-mail the response time VARIES extremely. i have also had cs on the phone. i think i have everything straightened out and my number successfully ported, so now it's time for the extras. earlier this morning i called cs and finished straightening out my sero plan and number porting/phone programming and at the end of the call i mentioned that i wanted to add, not get for free, unlimited txt messaging. she said sure it's $15. i said disputed it and said that online it was $10. i just gave up and accepted the $15. so my question is should i contact CS and try to get the unlimited txt for $10 or even free maybe?? but should i use e-mail or phone??

thanks for reading my rant

I've always had better luck with the e-mail myself.

Me too. For some reason emailing is better and not only that if there is ever a question as to what you were offered you have the email to back it up.

I'll have to agree, e-mailing seems to be the better option. Never would have thought sending out an e-mail would actually accomplish much, but with Sprint it's a different story.

Wirelessly posted (Sanyo 8400 & Novatel S720: Mozilla/4.0 (MobilePhone SCP-8400/US/1.0) NetFront/3.3 MMP/2.0)

Email them. Only call if you have a speaker phone and a tape recorder. Verbal agreements have too much of a tendency to be changed or forgotten.

My experience as well. Also, ecare is actually pretty quick to reply too- usually no more then 48hrs.

Man, I hope I don't have any trouble with my recently updated and upgraded plan. Lol, I really would hate to have to fix a bunch of crap!

Hehe, best thing to do is send them an e-mail to verify your current plan.

Now, that's the best advice I've heard all day!
