Condition: Brand New, still has plastic on screens, just received today from Sanyo as a warranty replacement for my defective 8400. According to the ##786# screen, it is not a refurb.

The screen on my old 8400 went out, and as I do not have insurance I sent it back to Sanyo to have it serviced under warranty. I received this new phone as a replacement today via Fedex. The data screen (##786#) reads Life time 0, life data 0K, Recondit: No. The battery door does have some scuffs on it from normal use as it (and the battery itself) are from the old phone.

Phone ships via USPS priority mail with insurance and delivery confirmation. It will ship in the original Sprint/Sanyo box from my first 8400 (so ESN will not match) with all original accessories except for the microSD card and adapter, as I have apparently misplaced them and cannot locate. So that means phone, batt, batt door, charger, usb cable, blue facemask, manuals, and wired headset.

I'd like to keep this for sale only, so no trades for the time being. I prefer Paypal, and will ship the same day if payment is received before 3:00pm central time. Post here with questions or offers.

The battery and battery door from your old 8400 are what you are including with the new phone? Where are those items from the new phone?

Warranty replacement phones from Sanyo do not include any accessories, so the only battery/batt door are the ones that I have from the original phone. This is not a warranty replacement from Sprint or LockLine, it came directly from Sanyo.
