thats why i got rid of mine. it seemed like a great phone until i kept getting the fatal errors and what not. the 700wx was a great phone to me, had no problems at all. getting to love my q, but miss the touch screen

Sonin, (don't mean to change the thread)
Ok...........called Samsung Technical Support this morning, was directed to Level 3. The person said it's poorly written software on the part of a 3rd party application that's been installed on the phone. His recommendation is to uninstall all 3rd party software and then see if the message re-appears. Has anybody tried this yet?

nope, i dont think it would be the software because the same apps i installed on the 830 worked fine with the treo and 6700. it could be the phones software though. and thanks again dtown
