Hi i am currently under contract with sprint i think for another year and 7 months. I was wondering how can i switch my current plan to a SERO plan?

yea you can, just call in and ask to be switched to the SERO plan. I don't know what sbiz is talkin about. I just called in and got a friend of mine's contract switched over. Called in, asked to get on the SERO plan, rep said ok, we'll get you set up. Goes into effect....today :-D

why isn't it? it says it's for new and existing customers? So if it wasn't allowed it wouldn't work for existing customers.

ok my question is if I switch to the Sero plan since I'm still fresh in my first 30 days would I be able to keep my Sanyo 8400? Or would I have to get another phone? And if I had to get another phone does the Sero plan offer free phones?
