ok well heres my problem. i have a samsung a920 since jan 06. i have never really had a problem with it till now. Now i am having a few issues. one is that the memory card is inserted into the phone and the phone has it displayed that its inputed but will not let me access it. no real big problem there maybe just needs a new memory card. but the second issue is that my wireless cell phone is no longer really wireless. the only way that it will work is if i countiually have it conected to the charger if not the phone will die. i have the protection on it that i have paid for since i first got the phone. i went to the sprint store here to have them check it out. they told me that there was a problem but they were not able to find the issue so they wanted me to replace the phone. so they had me call lockline. i placed the order and ups tracking info states that they left it at my door. needless to say i didnt get it. called back lockline sent another one to my place of business. with signature required. again ups info says left at front door. so still no phone. called sprint all they can tell me is that i have to talk to lock line about issue. so i wanted to cancel my account due to whats the point of having a wireless cell phone if i always have to have it connected to the charger. so this is what they offered me. they offered me the scp 3100. which is a complete downgrade from the a920. and that is all they would do to help me. what else can i do? any help would be helpful.

why wont your store order you one? my store can order them and have them shipped to the store for me to pick up. the sanyo 8400 or the samsung m500 is a compatible phone to yours. we just did an insurance swap thru our store and thats what they told me. i had to wait a few days to get it but we ended up getting the 8400 and they offered the a900m and the other two i mentioned. you might even try to get a fusic. good luck.
