Is there a way to just send the image (JPG) instead of sending the whole Picturemail(tm) wrapper and such? Anyone???

can you attach pictures in an email with your phone?
I'm using a Samsung M610. I don't believe I can, no...unless someone knows a way.

I don't know...I don't use the 610. Does it say anything in the manuel maybe, or maybe someone with the 610 can chime in?

I don't understand what you mean....
I want to be able to email the pictures, not the links and thumbnails...the actual files (this is how it is on other networks).

With Sprint, you can't send any pictures unless you have the "Picture Mail" package ($5).
He's asking if there's any way around that. He just want to be able to send the picture, correct?
I think the only way to do it is to use email (via the internet on the phone) and send it as an attachment. You probably can't do it with your PCS Mail account (it'll prompt you to upgrade to Picture Mail), but if you have Yahoo or MSN, you should. I haven't tried it that way.
Correct! Unfortunately, I can't see way to do it with MSN or YAHOO either. Even Gmail doesn't allow me to add an attachment. BAH! thoughts?

right. Picture mail. But i want it just to go as a file not as a thumbnail and link like Sprint forces.

I think he wants actual MMS like other carriers use, and that's not available on Sprint.
