i saw this on one of my sites i visit daily. i did a quick search didnt see anything on this. well most of these have been discussed in some way shape or form on here but thought this was still cool.

they sure are. a friend went in to a store the other day to get his wal mart discount, and he had to fill out a small form with his supervisors contact information, they wanted an email address, but a phone number was acceptable, as long as it was the work place, and they could ask for the manager and verify employment.....first i've heard of this

Yea I was trying to get the employee discount through my school too. They were asking all types of questions and trying to verify the info. They said they would send me an email to my school email to further proceed the discount, but I'm not getting any email :/

Certainly true. At the store I work at, we're required to photocopy the employee's id badge and paystub.

does anyone know if interstate trucking has a discount for its employees? i dont know if its under interstate trucking or interstate distributors
