Hello!

I have 2 lines on my plan, one is out of contract in 6 months, the other 5. I have been a customer for 3.5+ years, still on my original phones (Samsung camera phone & generic samsung) from when I started w/ Sprint.

As one might expect one of my phones is getting rather old & busted after a long time of heavy use.

If I asked for a new contract what should I expect to get?
I currently have from my last contract:

69.99 family plan w/ 2 lines for 800 shared minutes
no cost 2nd line
free roaming
free PCS to PCS
free nights & weekends starting @ 6pm
free 500 texts a month
10% loyalty
15% corp discount

My priority for a new contract would be (in order):

-Keep the other discounts and goodies (obviously).
-New phones (and is there a way to transfer all of my pictures, games, ringers and numbers) over from my current phones to new ones? Preferably phones that can handle SMS because we get it for free with our current package but cannot use texting without web charges, thus we do not use it.
-reduce overall plan cost since with free 6pms we only use like 300 minutes a month now so if they had a $50 plan for like 500 minutes that would be ideal.
-increase loyalty to the 20 or 25% I have seen others here with.

Any advice you could give me would be great.
Thx!

you have a decent plan with some good freebies. the current plans aren't that good. you might be able to get a 15% loyalty.
any of the phones that are offer will probably suit your need. get them to honor their website prices.
some of the new phones have evdo, but since you don't have vision, they won't make you add "power vision"... it may mess with your free texts option.

Thank you for your advice.

Does Sprint have a way to transfer all of the files and info from my old phones to the new one?
