I signed up again for 2 years yesterday for the following:
100k minutes + 200 minutes per line giving me a total of 1400 minutes
Unlimited texts for both lines
unlimited vision for both lines
but today my plan reset and I called account info and the computer said I have 1000 anytime minutes. The packets don't show up on my online page with sprint either. what gives? =\

are you saying you have 100k = 100000 minutes or 1000 minutes? I would keep the 100000 minutes for the cheap price you have... why change :headbang2 ?

Spirit honey i have a couple of questions for you...
I need to know what plan you signed up for... I know we offer the power pack plan that is $89.99 and has 1400 anytime minutes.... but this plan has packs of 100 minutes for $10.00 and only one of these can be added to a line...
The unlimited text is offered and so is unlimited Vision.... but how much did you pay? is it per line?????
once I know what you chose I can help you decipher what plan you have...

I got a retention plan.
My old plan was
$75 for:
1k minutes
unlimited texts for one line
and then retentions gave me add ons for signin up for 2 more years:
$65
1k minutes
unlimited texts on both lines
unlimited vision on both lines
and 200 minutes extra per line.
