Yesterday signed up for SERO (existing customer with shared plan, now two lines on account). In October I upgraded to the Fusic on one line and got a replacement through in store warranty for an old phone. So I was only eligible for one upgrade rebate of $75. I called retentions to try to get the same red razr price thats on the SERO plan (29.99) she said all she could do was give me the Grey for 49.99 or the red for 59.99. So I went for the grey to replace the old phone.
Is this a good deal or do I need to cancel the order and try for the 700wx or something more spectacular?

The gunmetal RAZR is on the website for $49.99 and the red RAZR for $59.99. Go for a Q, they're $99 right now.

Did you order it through Sprint or Inphonics? I hear Inphonics has a MAJOR shortage of Q's right now due to their immense popularity.
I had my Q ordered yesterday and I got it today (EDIT: from sprint).

If I read right...yes and no. You have to do it by email and you can't do it by text.

Okay, I am going to give you a little time to use it and then ask what you think of it after that. I don't know how I would go about getting them to exchange it for that, but we shall see. It won't be here for a few days, and then I can't even get it activated because the phone it is replacing is out of the Country. But keep me posted on what you think about it.. thanks for your comments.

the Q is geared towards Business users (email & texting). It's not a multimedia powerhouse every1 wishes it could be.

That is mainly what I was hearing. I would like to use it for email and texting as well, but I would also like to be able to listen to music and take/send/receive pictures. I understand this isn't as great with this phone.
