Yesterday, my cousin got mug for her phone, purse, money, ipod, etc. and I was wondering if her phone has GPS or any way to track it? She had a Katana and I don't know much about katana, so I can't tell. Please help, I really want to help her if there's any way. Thanks

what you need to do is contact Sprint as soon as possible and hopefully they can better guide you.

well if sprint says you can't do anything, what makes you think we can? we've heard this story a million times "phone gets lost" "can i track it"

All you can do is report it stolen and who ever has the phone will not be able to activate it. Did you try calling the phone ? Ask them to return it....lol.

Yep, family locator will find the phone as long as the GPS is not turned off and the phone is not turned off. When you call it if it goes straight to VM, then you are S.O.L.

There is a way. This happened to my father. All you have to do is go to the store and ask them to search it....then they'll find it and they can put a lock on it and brick the phone. They'll tell you that they don't know who has it, but all you have to do is get a quick glimpse of the screen and you'll get his/her address. Sneaky, but it works.
